On Saturday, I purchased the 2 year + 30 day money back gaurantee deal. Decided I would be needing it anymore. How can I cancel it? If i do would i still get charged? I already turned off auto-renewal. It shows up on my bill already.
Ask NordVPN customer support, not Reddit. I have read this post 5 times and still cannot believe you asked a group of strangers how to get your money back from a company that a complete department dedicated to Customer Support and you even mentioned 30 day free trial. Customer Support not Reddit!
Good luck with that! They will do their best to avoid refunding you. If you paid with PayPal, you better open a dispute with them as NordVPN will not help.
