Normal ranked q in SEA server
EU Server after 8pm CET is a queue time of around a minute at max.
LATAM is always busy, 2min or less queues

Cancel the que and try again, never let it go past 10 minutes. Sometimes it can bug out.
If someone fails to join and it throws you back in the que, cancel and do it again also.

VPN wont do much for you here. You can just click on europe servers ingame, dont need a vpn for that

That’s the harsh reality for us
It will do that regardless of VPN, although the game might not display ping on a VPN correctly since the delay will be between you and the VPN server instead of between you and game servers
