So today i purchased adguard.
i already have nordvpn.
and there is a conflict, i cant run the two at the the same time.
so how do i make it so i can?

IMO a built in OpenVPN/WireGuard client would be pretty sweet.
I have just changed from Nord VPN to Adguard VPN for this reason. Sadly, Adguard VPN does not have the speed of Nord. I could get a refund, but I already have Adguard Life and enjoy being ad free. I like Adguard, I want to stay with Adguard, I just hope it improves.
Try to disable HTTPS only on filtering settings. That fix the problem for me.
I follow their guide, and this is only thing I need to change.
Get a refund on Adguard now. Adguard only works with Adguard VPN and their VPN is aweful. If you download NordVPN from their website it has adblocking built-in. All VPN’s installed thru the Playstore have most of the adblocking stripped out. Google doesn’t want to hurt their $$.
You can use the link u/Nitro721 posted, But, about a year ago I wanted to do the same thing with windscribe vpn and a wise person told me “Any reputable VPN will use their own DNS, you don’t need to and should not use a third party DNS when using a VPN. Windscribe DNS requests are secured as-is. If you mess with it you’ll probably end up with DNS leak and at the very least, create unnecessary routes for your connection.”
Now, I’m not saying it’s a bad idea but just check it with dnsleaktest.com to make sure everything is ok.
I know this is an old post, but anyway to set up this proxy on iOS? The directions from the link don’t seem to match what’s available AdGuards iOS app. For example, there is no way to configure proxy settings from the iOS app.

Windscribe has ControlD DNS b the way, really good as well…
You get notifyed for updates in the app after downloading the apk, from the official nordvpn website, it’s really simple just remembered to turn on threat protection lite, to enable the adblocking features.
