I needed to reinstall NordVPN because it stopped working/connecting.
After I did it I cannot activate Obfuscated servers (OpenVPN) anymore because it is greyed out.
You would have to change the protocol to TCP or UDP in order to use that option. Try changing it in auto-connect settings (disable the “choose protocol automatically” option first).

Where is the setting to change it?
Settings, “Auto-connect” menu, and in the window on the right disable “Choose a VPN Protocol automatically”.
This then allows you to change the VPN protocol. Select OpenVPN then go back to the Advanced menu. You are now to free to enable or disable the “Obfuscated Servers (OpenVPN)” option.
