It’s Thursday in the US, so I’d assume you wouldn’t see it for another 15 hrs.

Ya that’s the point of a VPN you choose another country’s location and your internet takes on their time zone. I connect to New Zealand servers every Thursday when I want to hear new music early

I thought its not released until midnight eastern time and then whatever equatable time everywhere else, which would be Saturday in New Zealand?
Nope. Usually around 9-10 am on Thursday in United States you can connect to a New Zealand or Australian server and get your new music Friday. Been doing it for years. Tons of free vpn apps out there if you wanted to try 
The artists choose if it’ll be released Midnight globally or midnight Eastern time. I know the album was globally so we could use a vpn to listen early but he may of chose to release EST this time
