Best free school vpn for Android?

Hello! So I have many reasons why I think my school has a signal blocker, I received new classes and its in the spots where I can barely get a signal at school. My old classes were at the edge of the school meaning I’m starting to get out of range to what I think are signal blockers. But my new ones are in the center.

I am a freshman and I have no money, every vpn I download for my android either barely have an speed or can’t connect AT ALL. I get more signal at the lobby of a 20 story hospital than a classroom at the top floor.

Please help me out! (I’m not trying to use a VPN so I can look at social media all class, I just can’t text my parents at all and my music won’t work.)

VPNs won’t help you get through a signal jammer or low signal environment. These two things operate on different levels of the network. Instead of trying to get a mobile connection, use the school’s wifi, if they offer one.

Well the problem with school wifi is that it’s the same thing as having no signal, school wifi blocks EVERYTHING. They put YouTube in restricted mode, they restrict what websites you can visit, your better off not even using it.

It’s not the same thing. Once you connect to the school wifi, a good VPN or workalike should be able to punch through whatever network-level blocks are in place so you can go to your porn and gambling and pirate sites. There’s absolutely no chance of making that happen via mobile internet if the signal is jammed or weak.

So I need an outside signal for the VPN to bypass the wifi restrictions? Sorry if I don’t understand, this is new to me. Also I have an old iphone 6 that somehow can bypass the network with a free VPN, is it just an Android thing?

Look, it’s simple.

  • Install a VPN.
  • Connect to the wifi.
  • Turn on the VPN.
  • Try to browse a naughty site.
  • If it doesn’t work, that VPN is no good for your purposes. Try another VPN.

This is how I’ve been trying to connect it, but when I connect the wifi and turn on the VPN, the VPN never works. I’ve tried at least 30 VPNs now on my android.

when I first opened the app I was getting confused about all the tech ical stuff, like Your and the other two things. But I winged it and pressed connect, it took around 5 minutes for the Tor to start. It has great speeds and it didn’t randomly cut out!
