I don’t recommend getting it via APK files. Your account could eventually get banned resulting in losing any progress on Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, Boom Beach, ect.
It’s VERY easy going the VPN route. You can even get a free trial for Nord just to download it.

Apk files won’t lead to account ban lol. Go to supercell term of service and search for it lol. If you don’t know anything I suggest you not to talk 
VPN is just an app. Download Nord VPN from the Play Store, it has a free trial you can use.
Don’t use APK files. You could get your account banned.
