Can't disconnect most of the time!

I’m using Android 10 and I installed the latest version: 1.12.1.

Most of the time (~95%), when I tap on Disconnect, it goes into an infinite loading. I force-stop the app eventually.

I have the same issue on Android 11 on a Xiaomi phone, I realized even if it is disconnected when I click on the disconnect button it may show it’s disconnected but it still leaves some sort of effect on the app because almost 99% it won’t reconnect again if I click on it and I have to force stop the app or clear it from RAM to make it work again.

Same problem on two phones, one of which is running Android 14.

I’m already sent mail to support, with no response.

Absolutely the same bullshit, 2 phones with android ver. 11 and 13.

As a workaround - go to Settings, Connections, Vpn (sometemes under “other”, sometimes as a separate field) and click on enabled connection. This was app will be instantly closed.
