Not making any accusations here, I’m just trying to solve one of my coworkers’ VPN speed issues: does Spectrum regularly throttle vpn traffic, especially during business hours? I have a coworker using a vpn and we’re having trouble figuring out if it’s Spectrum or just the distance and hops since he works pretty far from our main office. Other users don’t have his issues and he gets pretty to his full dl/ul speeds when it’s not on vpn traffic. Has anyone been able to assemble when and under what circumstances they see throttling from real world cases, rather than speculation and policy reading? I understand throttling is important to maintain fair use of bandwidth, I’d just like to better understand how Spectrum is handling it.
