I use TorGuard(they offer many obfuscation options and it works flawlessly in my country which has dpi to block vpn) with the promo code it’s 50$ for 2 years and 30$ for a year. Never faced any speed issues(265/108 without vpn, with 255/105 on PC Mac and linux my android phone gets 230 max) although they don’t have any obfuscation option for iPhone and iPad it does work with 2 locations.
Previously I used to use PIA but went with TorGuard for better future proof that it won’t stop working if my ISP decided to add additional barriers to block vpns.
