Now now I know that there is no term as free but I just need a VPN that will let me just visit the websites blocked by my service provider and that is almost all of the piracy websites. I live in a 3rd world country and government doesn’t give a shit about piracy so I just need the VPN to access those sites
For mobile I have 1.1.1.1 which just works well idk anything like that for pc

Tons of options. Proton Free would work fine. Its main limitation is inability to do p2p. Cloudfare warp if you don’tneed to VPNout of country. Almost any free VPN will suit your needs here.
Have you tried a simple DNS change on your PC? Might be all you need.
the same app your are using for mobile is available for PC also
Proton VPN it just works only down side is you can’t torrent on the free version.
You could just use Opera and it’s built in VPN…
If 1.1.1.1 works for you, then configure the DNS on your PC as 1.1.1.1.

Hello I live in Venezuela, where some news sites and adult content sites are blocked by the national ISP, I use Psiphon to bypass these blocks. It doesn’t ask for an account, it’s free, it has both windows and android apps, and I can tell you from experience it is safe to use. The only downside I can think of is that it throttles your speed to 2mbps unless you pay for tokens, for me this is a non issue as my max speed is like 570kbps lol.

and btw, 1.1.1.1 also exists on PC, check the website : one.one.one.one or 1.1.1.1 (redirects to the first one)
And the “vpn” you’re talking about is cliudflare warp, you can install it on pc too, just Google it. Plus I consider it as a proxy more than a VPN since I’m not sure it protects your data.

Another way might be to install a search plugin in qbittorrent, but the links those work on might be blocked as well. Worth a try as a search plugin byoasses those irritating torrent websites

The main problem with free VPNs is you are often limited to very few IP addresses and the ones that are offered are often blacklisted already due to abuse.
You can use Proton VPN but if you don’t want to make an account you can use the Opera browser which has inbuilt VPN.
