Please help the game was working fine yesterday and now im getting this error when i launch! What do i do?

I’m getting the same error myself. was able to play just fine until about 15min ago, when the game froze and forced me to restart my PC now I have this error message

Same issue here. I wonder if there was a borked patch

Same issue here, tried deleting the gameguard folder and disabling windows firewall as suggested in the window that opens and still the same issue.

Just downloaded the game myself and am encountering this issue. My mate was playing fine before the update but is also encountering this too

LOL they just updated the knowledge base to say this is a known issue affecting 1/150 players, there is no way to get around it and they are ‘working with the anticheat vendor’

edit: use a vpn per my reply on top comment, that fixes it

Same issue here, we were playing about an hour ago, just came back to drop some more democracy and have this error.

If this isn’t a sign that the Devs need to drop nprotect then I don’t know what is.

FIX FOUND!!!

Someone on discord says using a vpn will fix the issue.

Personal Comment: I think this is because it seems to be West Australian Issue so logging in elsewhere seems to be the fix

if you are in australia, use a VPN to a diff country (e.g Singapore) and it will work.

Hey guys I managed to get it working by hot-spotting from my phone. I read a post about another game that said changing your IP address gets around error 360. Hope this helps!

Same issue here for me and my 3 friends. I’ve tried all of the help article tips on GameGuards support page. Still can’t get in.

Happening to me too, also Western Australia

VPN is the go to at the moment, was playing about 1 hour ago hopped off to help my misses with this issue and then went to reload and have the issue, seems to be WA internet providers. #nannystate

Same problem in Europe, after several tries it finally worked.

yep. someone in the disc thread suggested to use a VPN. Without a VPN and VPN also to Perth, didn’t work. VPNed to Adelaide and it instantly worked. You can disconnect the VPN as soon as the game launches, it’ll just pull a trouble connecting screen because you’ve reset your internet connection, but once it retries, you’re in with your normal IP
