I don’t know if it pulls the data from Steam or from other source, it could be based on IP.

If it detects that you are outside of US, the button isn’t available to view the ad.

no, you need an USA IP. You can try with a VPN

I’m not sure but if you can’t use a VPN then probably not. Maybe on console if you can change in the system settings and switch to another country.

The ads aren’t there for most regions, so this quest is impossible for a big part of the player base
