My expressvpn says it stopped working. Tried PIA and same result. 
If you mean sideloaded VPN on the Q2 then the last update to v23 stopped my vpns working. The only solution I found was to sideload the wireguard APK and download the wireguard config files from my VPN provider.
Damn these are really bad news.
I have not been using a VPN on my Quest, but since I already have a paid subscription with ProtonVPN thought about install it to try Xbox Cloud which is not available on my region.
Sadly Proton hasn’t make available WireGuard servers, so I guess I run out of options here

I usually use PIA for my VPN services however, I had to sign up to wideVPN as PIA dont support wireguard outside of their own app (which doesnt work on quest 2).
Follow the steps here to get the config file to load into the wireguard app:

I found a workaround. Use your PC as a hotspot with VPN on and connect quest to that.

I think I went for nodpi (bottom option) but try both It’s a very basic app, but gets the job done.
