I been using ProtonVPN for a couple years it’s been great with plenty of country plus p2p and TOR supported vpns on top of features to keep you as anonymous as possible with protection. With them always adding more servers and locations plus the do have a free tier but I use their paid tier.

I use NordVPN or SurfsharkVPN, with a preference for NordVPN (both paid) and I don’t think I ever had problems or at least, problems that I couldn’t solve on my own. Also, I think they may be faster than ExpressVPN?
yeahh I use your setup and I just modified some small changes like removed ram under clock, removed system icons and changed network/wifi/battery icon
Dunno, I didn’t use disney+ but if you use the tweak you will be able to choose the country/server you want to connect to
