Hoping someone can help with this bizarre network problem

This is what I get back:

C:\Windows\system32>nslookup MYDC 10.10.250.10

Server: UnKnown

Address: 10.10.250.10

*** UnKnown can’t find MYDC: Non-existent domain

C:\Windows\system32>nslookup www.cnn.com 10.10.250.10

Server: UnKnown

Address: 10.10.250.10

Non-authoritative answer:

Name: cnn-tls.map.fastly.net

Addresses: 2a04:4e42:77::773

146.75.31.5

Aliases: www.cnn.com

C:\Windows\system32>nslookup www.cnn.com

Non-authoritative answer:

Aliases: www.cnn.com

And the mydc string is the FQDN of that server?

MYDC is the name of the server. I did also try to ping by MYCD.DOMAIN.LOCAL and still no joy.

And that .50 address is the DC?
