I wanted to start a YT channel as a hobby and thought of downloading some videos but after the download would b complete the file would open and a kaspersky message would pop up , I guessed it the security aspect so called the customer care , they whr of no help .
Can someone here help me how I change the settings so I can download torrents and still have antivirus working

First, you should not be using a third party antivirus at all. Windows Security is fully sufficient, free, and built in.
Second, you’ve likely allowed notifications from a website that you shouldn’t have. That’s why you’re getting popups. You’ll need to fix this in your browser settings.
use qbittorrent for torrenting, bittorrent is malware, use windows defender and don’t waste your money on antiviruses, windows defender is good enough

Just curious why BitTorrent is maleware?
All good, go into your browser settings and look for “notifications”…look for the allow list, and the only things in there should be sites you trust…or no sites at all.
actually i think it was utorrent, i’m not sure
I sometimes use BitTorrent and I get a virus warning from windows. I checked the code which basically means I might get some nasty stuff from what I download though BitTorrent but BitTorrent is not harmful.
