I live in the USA, i have comcast Xfi wifi. I want to torrent Sekiro Shadows Die Twice. I own a subscription to Norton Antivirus which comes with a VPN. Two questions, is the norton VPN safe? and will i get in trouble.
No, and Norton sucks as a virus app too. Get 2 real ones.

I’m not a big vpn user and such. But airvpn seems really good and I bought a subscription. And remember, you are never really hidden from the internet for any reason, even behind a vpn. 
You should is windscribe if its a once in a while thing because it gives around 10gb for free. If you want long term think of hotapot shield or nord vpn
I have Comcast and use Nord with No issues here. Actually just started downloading torrents again earlier this week and so far so good. Make sure you use the killswitch function which shuts off any traffic should VPN disconnect

From what I remember its pretty much plug and play. Download and set your subscription up and hit connect. The killswitch is under settings .
