Identity Access Management (Kroger FEED)

Hello,

I’m using the Kroger FEED site in Columbus division (we haven’t fully migrated to FEED, yet).

I noticed under Quick Links that there’s Identity Access Management, but when I click on it, it says “Access to this site is blocked by your administrator.”

Just clicking on the big articles at the front page of Great People did this to me. This never happened to me until a couple months ago.

Also, what even is Identity Access Management?

Are you doing this at home or at the store? A lot of things don’t work unless you’re on the store’s network.

Identity access is most likely the place you go to change your password. Which should only work if you’re at the store.

I got an email 2 days ago about this new thing. I guess it’s replacing passport completely because it has more available features. Another fix what isn’t really broken idea if you ask me. It did go on to say that if you need to change your password you should be able to go on there and do so, so if it’s denying you, double check with someone higher up.

Passport works from the store or home, and is still the password management system for now at least

Huh, weird, I tried it and it didn’t work from home. I got the “Access to the Web site is blocked by your administrator.” message.

Go to vpn.kroger.com then select it

Wow, never knew this existed. Thank you!!
