I’ve just tried logging in via safari and can’t do so.
Looks like they might have a problem with their Auth0 login

It’s now working for me. I signed in by safari in private browser first… not sure if that made a difference
I just checked and I was able to login through safari.
Yep, rebooting did nothing so I reset all content and settings and restored from a backup twice already😭
Turned it off then on again and prompted Siri to use ChatGPT but still unable to create content🥲 Earlier, I also turned Apple Intelligence on and off, changed device region, and rebooted my phone but nothing worked
I misread the comment above about iPhone 16 exclusivity
But companies are allowed to have differentiators between models as upsells. I don’t understand why previous gen customers expect everything that the new models have. I have a 15 Pro - I don’t expect all the features that the 16 has even if it is software based.
This isn’t expected from any other product - why do iPhone users expect everything for free.
Nobody who ever bought an iPhone X could ever have imagined that AI would ever work on their device. Despite OPs exaggeration, it’s just not capable of it.
And while my 15 pro might be capable, it still does what it did when I bought it, and now even more because of iOS 18.
Disable your anti-virus (if you have any). I had Kaspersky enabled and that was the reason. I just disabled it, closed it and then I was able to log in.
It’s just silly since the 15 Pro has every AI feature… except visual lookup. But the 15 Pro will still be able to look up stuff on-screen via Siri, and use the context stuff to find things on your phone or on your screen, which is arguably the same or more difficult than just using the camera to reverse image search or use ChatGPT.
It’s just an Apple thing. They tied the feature to a new “button”, just so it has another selling feature.
Also the new photographic styles matrix could run on any phone… but it’s only on 16.
I know they do this all the time, just silly it’s basically just those two things this year.
no, but device and Siri language are both set to English (US), which are the only requirements AFAIK. Setting the device region to US did nothing.
Yep, I think 15 Pro users should be able to get it via a shortcut… or maybe that new button from last year, the action button.
Note that Apple intelligence doesn’t work in Europe, doesn’t matter if you change the language or region.
Yes it works. I’m in Spain and it works flawlessly
Your opinion. Not true
That’s epic because it is not suppose to per Apple’s information on all U.S. iPhones
I guess that’s what Apple said, even at the update information before updating. I did also see it in the latest 18,1 update a few days ago… maybe you’re lucky or you’re using a vpn?
It does i think for developers beta.
No, I just follow the instructions to make it works. Create an USA Apple ID, configure Siri as English American and put the phone language to English American.
Well if you realise what’s going on you should see that Apple wasn’t intending to make it work in Europe. Now do any workarounds yourself, we don’t judge.
But the truth is: I have apple intelligence outside USA. Period
