Is anyone else stuck in an infinite download loop with DMM game player?

I was wondering why that happens. It’s like the launcher verifies the game data EVERY SINGLE TIME you try to open it, which leads to insane loading periods. Here it can take beyond 5 minutes for the launcher to ask for a 0.1mb download (why?!) and then finally open the game.

It seriously annoyed me in the beginning, but I’m getting used to it by now. The smooth gameplay with stable connection and no crashes is worth the waiting.

Yes it took ne nearly a whole day lol. Just keep downloading it.

same here, after restarting the launcher like 30 times it’s still stuck, even though it worked fine before. honestly at this point i’d rather play on emu w all the crashes and lag than put up with this hot mess

If you complete the download. Open the shortcut form your desktop. It 's faster for me.

Takes a few minutes for me.

I just tried mine. First time. It opened a separate blackscreen window with alchemy stars logo on it and it stays taht way for more than 30min.

Did you resolve your problem?

Does it work for you every time now, or do you have to wait a whole day every time you start the game?

Weird, that never happened to me. Here it takes a long time to ask for the 0.1mb download, but once it does the game opens just fine in that separate window in a few seconds.

What I usually do is, if it takes more than 5 minutes to start the game, I completely shut down the DMM launcher, and then reatart it and try again. It usually opens the game in a couple minutes after this.

the first time it downloads takes a very loooong time. Be patient.
The next time I play the game, it takes like 5 mins to start. For some reason, it asks me to download 0.1 MB of some data before starting the game. In the end, it’s worth the hassle. The gameplay is really smooth.

No It’s took about 3 minutes for me. I play from Thailand UTC+7.

It stops for me and I have to click it to start downloading again. But it starts from where it stops.

This is a way to skip the 0.1mb popup:

Click on “i” mark, then check this.

I did everything but the as window only shows the tourdog logo then is completely black for the rest of the time
Is virtualisation maybe needed for this?

I did the instalation adn dl of the client and game yesterday. Today I tried to open the game via DMM launcher and all I get is a new blackscreen window where nothing happens (waiting 30min still nothing). There is no info on dl additional files nor some kind of visual download loop nor in dmm client nor in the new blackscreen window with alchemy stars logo. ANy idea how to fix this?

Also when the new blackscreen window for alchemy stars opens there is a blue banner that pops up saying something like Anti Cheat System (in english) on lower right side of the screen.
