I was trying to playing with a VPN connected to Netherlands (since our Government as shut down internet in some extent) but I noticed that I can’t login from this region.

I am using starlink for internet and whenever it gets on the Netherlands server, i get the same message. Then i use other vpn (India). It gets connected even if the base server is netherlands.
Not really. I can still play from other locations. It’s Just with Netherlands
It’s possible to bypass some partial internet Shutdown using a VPN.
About the country just google up Mozambique or Mozambique Protests to understand what’s happening. Maybe check out Al-Jazera channel on Yt
