I’ve used many vpns, and read a lot of reddit posts. The number one thing is that they don’t keep logs whatsoever, so in the case of a break-in, your data isn’t yoinked. I use Protonvpn plus but it also offers what is probably the best free VPN on the market although both services aren’t very fast.
