Is there a free unlimited vpn for windows?

Used PIA for a year, was fairly happy with it.

Netflix didn’t like it though, which was a bummer. Don’t remember why I didn’t use it on my phone.

I also hear PIA is based in the USA, which could be an issue for people also living in the USA, such as myself.

You’re confusing Opera VPN with Opera Turbo. Turbo compresses data, but doesn’t work when Opera VPN is turned on. It even warns you that turning on Turbo will turn off VPN.
