After going to their site and clicking the “download extension”, the website URL I get is your bottom one.
Top one probably fake then.
You could also take a look at the author, where the 1st says it’s made by 
(lmfao Jesus fking Christ) and then the 2nd one says surfshark
First one is 100% fake, likely a affiliate farm, or data stealing.
