I notice that, on my Android phone, When I run my personal VPN, quickly Adguard switch off with a message “Protection disatvated, to activate again close your third party VPN”.
If I try to force to switch Adguard ON with my VPN, even if look all normal, but the vpn not hide my IP.
So in Android I can only use one at time (or the VPN or Adguard).
In windows I can use both ( same VPN of Android + Adguard) without issue.
Is there any fix for it?
Most likely, no. It’s not really a fix, as such. It’s not a fault. Just a feature it doesn’t have.

Most VPNs also have some filtering as an option you can enable.

Hello! Normally, two VPN-based mobile apps can’t work together: in rare cases on iOS, and never on Android. As AdGuard ad blocker apps use local VPN to filter network traffic, using them alongside any VPN app would be out of the question. For further information please check our Knowledge base.
The link you are posted is not my case. I don’t run 2 VPN, I run a vpn together with ads block and the issue is only in Android.
I have just a lifetime premium VPN plan and want use it.
In the android app of my vpn I can’t change the DNS, maybe using
openvpn external app, but its a mess and I like use different protocol like the newest wiregard.

Oh yes, true. You are looking for nested/chained VPNs. Android doesn’t have this feature.
Alternatively if you are rooted ,you can use AdGuard adblocker in Automatic Proxy Mode, if not, you can try AdGuard VPN in Integrated Mode
I’ve been looking and can’t find anything… When using AG VPN and AG (for tracking) in integrated mode, my location isn’t being masked. But if I use the VPN itself, it is being masked.
