I’m trying to finish an assignment and using the VPN. It says that I’m logged on but I can’t access any databases at all
Sorry to hear! Try using connecting to: vpn2.UCI.edu site using the Cisco AnyConnect Software VPN and see if that works
Call the OIT Help Desk at (949) 824-2222 if you’re still having trouble.
Try VPN2 is working for me right now.
Yuh I just use a different VPN service all together since sometimes UCI’s tends to not work at high volumes (which f will probably happen more often because remote learning).
I’ve never gotten an answer when calling that number during business hours.
Weird. Maybe they were busy? I pointed someone else there earlier today and they got their problem fixed.
Yah. On multiple occasions. And email questions take about 3 business days to resolve. They even say that they don’t have enough staff.
