Is there an actual reason as to why certain countries can’t connect with everyone else? For example, Arab countries are isolated and can only connect with Arab people and once your account is associated with one of these countries you can basically never connect with people from Europe, America’s, Asia… even with a VPN.

For now, you can unlink a remote identity provider account in the privacy settings (Facebook & VK at least) and update the email address tied to that account (which is shared with BK’sD during “initial” login). Once revoked, you can reauthenticate for the “first time”. Since the User ID value passed from Facebook/VK to BK’sD is unique per-grant and not globally unique, you should appear as a new user.
Remember to completely reset the browser, just use ungoogled-chromium to access BK’sD chat sites. Probably you will want to change IP address/VPN so BK’sD cannot reconnect the dots that way.
