When is a Mac client scheduled for release?
Mozilla says “Coming soon”. Try Mozwire for now. There’s prebuilt binaries for Mac and Linux.
I’m wondering the same thing. It’s strange if I understand correctly it’s just a rebranding of mullvad vpn which already has a Mac client
I cancelled my subscription because mac version wasn’t available and didn’t feel it was worth the money just paying for iOS version. Mozilla needs to re-think their pricing strategy for a half-released, half-baked product.

Just curious. I’ve done a few things from Git Hub. but i’m no expert. How do I run this on MAC?
I’m sure they’re working to get it completed but “soon” isn’t really a timeline. I know the iOS app was likely prioritized. I’m enjoying the android and windows version, but I have a macbook that I’d like to put it on as well.
Yes I purchased a year of mullvad. Works great on my Mac, windows, and Linux boxes. Also have VPN always on on my android and iOS devices.
I never used this while on Mac, I’m on Windows now and I can’t see a file extension for it so I’m assuming its a script. It should be as simple as opening your Terminal, cd’ing into the directory Mozwire is in, and run ./mozwire-macos. Read the readme cause you have to do a bit of setup
Think I will just go with Mullvad vs waiting - like forever - for Mozilla.
