Um no. What if he’d dropped it in March? He needs to replace the IP anyway, and STILL get you a Christmas present! And if the household budget allows it, an apology gift!
And he can’t undo a few screws and just fix it? I’ve repaired both my 8 and my 6 when they had issues.
Sounds like hubby should be getting an IP for Christmas if that’s the way the game’s going to be played.
PSA: Home appliances (kitchen items, vacuums, etc), are necessary household items. They are not gifts.
I’ve got an 8 quart stovetop stainless cooker. Had an aluminum one before that for years.
Both rugged as hell and very safe because I know how to use them properly.
Have a brand new Instant Cooker that sits gathering dust. Electronics very commonly fail.
I’m so confused by this. What is IP?
If you have the broken off bit, you can reattach it with black JBWeld Plastic Bonder.
Glop some extra on at the join, sand it down with a fine grit (or an emory board, or some steel wool), you’ll hardly notice in a place like that.
I’ve done this to keep various appliances in service when their bits of trim start to come apart or adhesive fails. Usually shortly after the warranty ends.
Definitely needs to be replaced clearly it is beyond repairable. You might want to get a new instapot while you’re at it as well.
I just melted my IP on the stove last month . Got the Breville Fast Slow Cooker for Black Friday. Gonna give it a whirl after using IP for years.
All men seriously hate being called Hubby
What? If he gets you an IP for Christmas I will be so mad
Time to get a new one. Husband that is.
Your nerd is showing
Old habit, but releasing the IP first is usually better.
Wait, I think OP said the husband already did that. Carry on.
You been waiting your whole life for this moment!
LMAO! Well played
I’m in so many IT threads that was my first thought as well lol thank you for the chuckle.
Its always DNS. Ipconfig /flushdns
Funny, I thought the same.
He did the release
That made me laugh more than it should have.
Check with legal on IP clauses
