Hello there
I have a ubuntu vps and already connected to it using a VPN (outline), and I have a residential proxy
So this is what I want to do, I need to setup that proxy on the vps and route all traffic throgh that Ip, which means I get the residential IP not the VPS IP
Anyone can help me please?
Most “residential IP” providers are scams. It’s not recommended to go out shopping for a so called “residential” proxy because you’ll most likely end up wasting your time and money. If your purpose is to avoid spam detection, these addresses are already on plenty of blacklists. You might want to try setting up a reverse proxy locally from your local connection for reliable access to a home IP. Note that this is not legal advice and you may or not face consequences from your provider based on their own TOS & practices.

For starters, what kind of proxy? There are various different proxy protocols.
Http or https with ip/port/username/password
I screwed up there, I should have asked “what VPN protocol”
What VPN protocol?
As I mentioned, I use outline VPN
