Do you need to use your Amex to make the purchase? I’m new to Rakuten. Just setup and linked to my Amex plat. But purchased with my southwest card via Apple Pay . Rakuten faq doesn’t say anything about how you purchase to get the Mr points.

I’ve never used Rakuten so I don’t know what this is. Is the cash back within Rakuten or does it populate in the Amex app somehow?

I got the higher package for $126 dollars but only got 9336 points pending. Not sure if I understand why, worth contacting or cancel and repurchase?
