Problems with Ivacy

Nothing but problems with this provider. I purchased a “lifetime” subscription in 2018 which they now refuse to honor. Here is the (rubbish) reply:

Moving forward, we will be taking the following actions:
We can offer an additional 24 months as compensation if you choose to resubscribe to the 5-year plan.

Charge back, lifetime is lifetime and these idiots confirmed that they mis sold you. Easy peasy case with your credit or debit card, actually, whatever you used to pay with, easy refund for you.

Ivacy have been bought out by Pure VPN and all customers are being migrated over

I have a lifetime membership too. I can’t seem to login or reset my password now. The app just return me an error

Now I realise why I can’t login or change my password. Lifetime membership my arse. Thanks for clarifying. I never had any correspondence about the changes.

Ivacy is no longer on the playstore and i can’t see my account info but still connects with my premium account for devices logged in. However can’t further log in with devices logged out.

How do you know ? I too have a “lifetime” membership. I’ve received nothing
