Attached is the image I took via my phone. Both of my Apple devices are currently unable to log in. It started on my phone on the 30-31 of march. When I try to login I get the attached image. I have tried resetting my network connection, reinstalling the app, and restarting the app. My iPad, is now unable to connect as of April 3rd. I tried to log in from the iPad as well and it gets the same error as my phone now. Is there an outage? If so, does anyone know a vpn that work out in Qatar until nord comes back online? I have financial accounts back in the us that I can only log into via vpn to make payments. Sorry for formatting as I’m typing this out on my phone.
Update 1: I’ve talked to a couple other Nord users here in Qatar. It seems that all the ISP/internet providers are blocking the NordVPN login page. They have been blocking the main website for the last two years at least, but it looks like they have expanded the filter. Still have not had any contact from Nord on this issue.
Have you tried different browsers? Also try different network providers or mobile data.
Try wrap app … connect your iPhone via wrap app which works as an DNS … then try to connect nord vpn… hope this works for you

Quick update. I submitted a ticket to Nord via the app. I will keep you guys in the loop on what comes of it.

Nord has responded and have given me some things to try. Will respond here when I have more info.

If you still want to test it, try changing the DNS on your device. That’s how a lot of blocks are done but I don’t know if that’s the method your isp is using.
Just Google “change DNS” and the name of your operating system. You should get the option to put in at least 2 DNS servers.
You can change it to Nords DNS:
103.86.96.100
103.86.99.100
Or Google:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
You’d have to do it on each device. Make sure you hit save after you put them in. Then disconnect from your wifi, reconnect, and try again.
I’m guessing you could also find some similar posts to yours by searching for “Qatar” in this subreddit. Might be some better solutions there.

Another solution is download another free vpn, if it’s not blocked, use it to log in Nord Account, then you should be good to go.
I’ll check with my coworkers today and see what they are using. It may be just localized to my cell/isp provider
I spoke to one of my other coworkers who has the same isp/cell provider, and nord and their stuff isn’t working either
