Surfshark can only charge in USD, EURO and UK Pound despite listing local currency?

Can anyone who live in countries who do not use these currencies confirm? I was charged in USD despite the website listing the price in CAD.

Wrong. This is my second 12 month stint with Surfshark. Initially I paid 710 ZAR and for my second year I paid 660 ZAR. This is cheaper than the quoted USD, EUR or GBP rates.
