Surfshark - disconnecting from internet

Can anyone confirm if this issue is happening for you guys repeatedly?

It doesn’t happen everyday, but sometimes when I connect to surfshark, my laptop or my phone doesn’t open any webpage or load any messages/ emails.

When I search for it through another device it says, reset your network and then restart the device. I do that and It starts working well for few days, until the problem arises again.

Is there a permanent fix because it’s getting annoying at this point.

Try changing protocols and connecting to different servers to see if anything changes. Also, if you have any antivirus or AdBlock software installed, it can interfere with Surfshark, so try to disconnect them to see what happens.

No issues here to be honest.

I recognise the issue, but after the latest patches I experience zero disconnects running 24/7 for weeks now. I assume you run the latest version? Do you apply the same server for all devices and did you swap to a different server (for test)? Any info on specific settings, like auto-reconnect, kill switch etc?

Yes, I also have this problem occasionally, both on Android and Windows. Usually (always?) happens after my device has been hibernating or idle for a while. To fix it, I have to disconnect/reconnect my VPN connection.
