Unable to log in with VPN

Does anybody have any experience with using Fusion 360 with VPN? Every time I try to log in while my VPN (NordVPN, to be precise) is enabled I get a “Sign in Failure.” error: “There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360”. If I disable VPN, I’m able to login, and all features work as intended even after I reenable the VPN. But then Fusion 360 will throw the same “Sign in Failure.” error a couple of days later when it tries to renew its login key.

The VPN likely blocks the ports required by the autodesk login client. You need the see what policies nordVPN has and which ports are blocked or enabled.

Thanks for pointing that out. NordVPN blocks all ports (except the ones it uses itself) by design, so that must be the cause of my issues.
