I can relate, happened to me too. I usually cycle servers until one is accepted without warnings.
interesting. The US Prime Video always let me know that I am using a VPN. I assumed that was a feature of the OS, not the server.
Cycle through IPs/servers till you find one that works. Use something like IPQS to automate this if you wish : https://www.ipqualityscore.com/vpn-ip-address-check Pick the ones that don’t have a high fraud score and are not detected as a VPN/proxy.
Most likely it has been detected by proxy intelligence services such as IP2Proxy or IP2Location. I can see the VPN listed in https://www.ip2location.com/vpn-provider-coverage
Have you try other provider not listed in the list?
What I do find strange is that on the Windows Prime app the notification isn’t there. Must be a conscious choice to target mobile
