Hi. I am on iOS, Shadowrocket has worked well for me. However, my parents will be coming over to visit. They are android users. May I know what VPN is recommended for Android? I tried using my Shadowrocket QR code on their Android phone and it doesn’t work.
You need the app “Clash for Android”. It is not on the Play Store. You have to sideload it. Your Shadowrocket provider should have download links on their website.
You can try a few options: Clash Meta for Android, Hiddify (probably the simplest UI), Surfboard, Karing, etc. They don’t have full feature parity but all support the common protocols.
Consider just getting an esim for a short visit? Might be easier for them. Lots of posts on them
V2rayng is on the play store and a good alternative they don’t want to sideload.
