I had good success with CyberGhost - most likely because they have enough outgoing servers so they can swap them around…

Nordvpn was the only one I could get to work.

If you’re willing pay, NordVPN has worked for me a long time. They usually have cheap offers for new customers and you can just create a new account when the cheap period ends after 12 months.

I’ve succesfully used NordVPN for years for that. Occasionally one of their UK servers might get blocked by the BBC, but then I just choose another one to connect to and it works again.

Why is this downvoted? I can’t help but I can add by saying that I tried Mullvad some time ago and it did NOT work.

Missus is from UK and she’s been using iplayer and itvx daily. Bought Windscribe years ago and it’s been working fine.

Of course, sometimes there is a need to jump to other server in UK, but all in all, no bigger hiccups.

Interesting a few people recommend NordVPN. I’ve had the paid version twice, and although it worked well to start, after a few weeks it slowed so much it was unusable. Our speeds were normally fine without VPN.
