Did you change the region again? This fix only works for 15 to 30 days after that you have to do it again with a diff region. Been a while since I used Spotify mods so I’m not sure if this fix has been patched since then.

They don’t care how reputable the institution is, as far as I understand they require a student ID of the institution or if you don’t have that, a paid fee voucher.
You should give it a try, i literally go to a private academy and even that showed up on the verification, plus you can pay through jazz/zong sim card balance or easy paisa. Also you can use some friends student card if they go to a more popular institute if yours does not show up
You should try. I applied with my fee voucher and they accepted it. Had to upload only once. And then they charged me every month.
