Create a new Google account.
Go to payments.google.com and change/customize your payment profile to a suitable region. I have 5 accounts for 5 different regions.
When it’s available, switch your VPN to that region before you download and open the game. Most gachas don’t check your region after the first time.

Yeah, but it’s not available in Brazil. It shows up when I use a VPN on Opera to check it out (I’m not logged in there)
