Can watch Hulu just fine, but I cant download content

As per the title, with expressVPN I can watch Hulu’s content, but when I try to download something to watch offline i get an error mesage

P-EDU101 Error which basically says that it detects I am on a proxy/vpn.

Anyone else having that issue?

Anyone managed to solve it?

Is MediaStreamer DNS something to look for in the ExpressVPN app or is it a stand alone app that I should download?
