Yes you can play it with the help of a VPN so one of my friends live in myanmer she told me to use a VPN called gamer vpn and it worked but theres some downsides like it takes a long time to load i recommand the singapore servers or us and uk thats all i hope this helped with your problem.

MMlink - Roblox is not blocked on their Fibre Service in NPT.
For other ISPs use softetherVPN/VPN Gate, (working, free and fast depending on server as of June 2024) (Link is in another comment on this thread, you may need to use MPT or some other connection to download the software as many ISPs are blocking it.)
it got fixed for me, i use 5bb fiber service and on the first day i couldn’t and they the day after that it started working again after a minor wifi outage but i recommend using hotspot shield because it works for me currently (its only on pc)

Using a random VPN someone links you is a terrifying proposition if you use it to log into anything. They could be grabbing pretty much all the network traffic, and with juntas current actions I wouldn’t be surprised if they try spinning up their own.
Tor is the best bet rn in my opinion.Speed will remain an issue and it might not work for games… but it’s secure and service should theoretically improve if it gets more use in Myanmar. Another option is nthlink, but not sure it’ll be faster or work for games (also might not work on iOS i was told).
Khit Thit claims to be releasing information they have soon, and I think some NGOs/independent individuals are putting in efforts to figure out best workarounds and how the block is implemented. Been keeping up on this and trying to share findings between people where possible.

I’ve heard some claims they’re trying to block some vpn function at protocol level, which would mean VPN services could be pretty fucked… but that’s getting deeper than my IT background.
I think when they block VPN with firewall, it also effected Roblox servers. Roblox does not have own servers and they just buy servers from third party sellers and those third party sellers also sell their service to VPN, so that’s probably the reason it’s not working

Use MPT to DOWNLOAD vpngate/soft ether from the links provided. Then use softether to use a VPN connection to try roblox.
It is most likely shite routing over any deliberate block. Due to their servers basically trying to parse the whole countries information but not having the actual proper infrastructure and technicians to provide maintainence, there is massive lag towards any non local server. So try different Roblox servers or try a VPN. I have no info about mahar net so I can’t give you any specific details.
They put too much restrictions on the internet that we cant even connect to roblox anymore
