Is there any major problem with Fortinet servers? I can’t download FortiClient using Online installer it just hangs while downloading. Tried downloading offline installer from support portal, but download stops after few minutes leaving me with an htm file containing: Error executing your request, please try again later.
Is there any mirror for that?

If you have access to download firmware for your FortiGate, you can download the FortiClient offline installer at the same portal.
Well, they might allow us to download the OnlineInstaller, but it also connects to their file server to retrieve the full package files (exe and msi), which are then stored in your cache folder. Hence, regardless of having a Fortinet support account or not, you will experience the same process.
Unfortunately, there are instances when the Fortinet file server is quite slow.
I’m just puzzled as to why they don’t utilize a CDN or another mirror to distribute the files, particularly for the FotiClient (VPN Only). They could still ensure the integrity of the files by sharing the hash or utilizing GPG signing, without compromising the availability for download.
have the same issues my company gave me instructions, but it’s impossible to complete the installation. Have you solved?
Tried this one and gave up for today. Tried many times, average download speed around 90kb/s and download failed after few minutes.
Once downloading went to 120MB of 128MB and stopped 
Online installer downloading went few times over 40% and reset to 0%. Definitely something bad on their servers or CDN for Nordics.

Have you tried older versions perhaps?
Tried that too, tha same, download speed is around 50-100kbps and fails after short time.
Tried other versions of FortiClient and another software too like FortiGate, the same.
