I don’t have my VPN enabled… and it’s given me this error message for over 12hrs now. Anyone else experiencing this currently? Anyone have a solve?
*I’ve submitted a request with customer service but haven’t received the email notification I normally would yet.
Update from CS: "I investigated this with the team, and at this time, you will need to use mobile data to access Newton. Please try using data or a different connection to access Newton. This is a temporary measure while we make additional upgrades to our security. We don’t have any specific timeline, but we will be looking to reenable again. "
Hi everyone. I’m experiencing the same issue. I do not have any VPN on my computers. I cannot log in to my account. I reseted my password several times thinking that would solve the problem but nothing changed. Please need help.
Absolutely the worst crypto exchange for basic issues like this. This issue was reported over a year ago and still persists? I tried logging in Dec 2, 2022 and issue persists. Newton gets a failing grade for this most basic of requirements. When I want to sell urgently, what if I can’t login? Oh just create a ticket and we will escalate this issue over the next 4 days. Not acceptable.
I have managed to login however I can’t access my information as the page is black with only the Newton logo in the centre but nothing else is appearing. I’ve been having major issues that have not been resolved and can’t access my account even though I’m logged in successfully.
I agree, I’ve never in my life experienced such issues and honestly just want to sell my stuff and get the frack out of there but I can’t even do that because even though I’ve managed to find a way to finally login the page is black with just the logo in the centre. Literally where the frack is my access and info??? Not acceptable.
Hi there! Vpn or other anonymizers that may obscure the origin of your internet connection will cause this error. VPN and TOR must be false in order to access the app.
