So we have zscaler in our corporate environment. For a particular project whenever the user connects to the client vpn zcc throws captive portal error. User is using global protect for vpn. Any idea how to tackle this? In community.zscaler.com i found a thread/article which asks to re-authenticate in the captive portal. I would like to know how to access the portal once the vpn is already connected. Also user is wfh and no other vpn service is running oyher than his client vpn
You can’t have multiple vpns… unless you split it aka bypass it from zscaler app profile. There’s a bug with with zscaler for older versions that have been patched up newer versions where it will allow captive portal to prompt for authentication. So tell admin to update to latest oatch for zcc.
