Is anyone welder having a problem where you will be playing the game for 2 minutes and no matter what every time you get “connection issues” and the icon just goes until it forced you to rest the game? I am connected to good 5G stable wifi and have play CoC on before without this issue until a week ago and now I can’t even get a normal attack in with out it ruining it half way through… any help?
I had the same issue around 3 days ago. I found that the problem was my VPN I turned it off and its working perfectly now. I guess that’s what was interrupting the connection. If you have a vpn enabled try turning it off
If you have both 5g and wifi connected simultaneously, then the device can bounce from one to the other automatically when one of them experiences a connectivity issue and that is guaranteed to cause your in-game session to reset in clash of clans which leads to the behavior you just described.
If you want to get to the bottom of it, temporarily disable 5g connection and play on just wifi and see if it still happens and if it does, then the problem is your wifi. If instead, you disable wifi and play over just 5g and the problem keeps happening then it’s a problem with your cellular connectivity.
For most people, there’s a 99.99% chance it’s your wifi, and just because ‘other apps work fine’ is not a valid indication because most other apps do not require a persistent secure connection to the server - but Clash of Clans does.
If you are in India (or neighboring region) then there’s a good chance it’s your service provider who’s partnered with a sub-standard undersea fiber operator and the trans-continental link your data is connecting over is dropping packets due to overprovisioning.
