I downloaded the NordVPN app on my Fire TV Stick and entered my email and 20 character alphanumeric password but I get invalid credentials. The same credentials work fine on other devices, iOS, PC, Android TV etc.
Any ideas?
Hmm, sometimes it can happen that apps on TV can put in unnecessary accidental spaces or capitalize first letters. So double check if the logins are actually written in correctly. Though if the issue persists contact NordVPN support for some help, they should be able to assist further.
go to https://my.nordaccount.com/account-settings/account-security/ and disable the Multi-factor authentication (MFA) app.
then you should be able to log in on the firestick w/ the same NordVPN login credentials that worked on other devices.
then go back to https://my.nordaccount.com/account-settings/account-security/ and reactivate the MFA.
