Well it’s been a while that I’m using this service, I’m from Brazil and it’s hold by Abya
1 - The computers are terrible, lagging, taking forever to load
2 - The price was terrible, 57BRL per month, now they decided to increase even more in 10%
3 - They added a time limit, you only have 40 hours per month of priority, and the free version of the app is beyond unacceptable
4 - I paid this month 3 days ago and they’re saying I don’t have more time, now the question is, I played for like 2 hours yesterday, 1 hour in March 8th, didn’t even played in 7th, how did I played my 40 hours in 3 hours?
5 - They have no reason to do all this except for increasing their profit
6 - They have no plans to change the bad prices, the 40 hours limit and improve the machines.
I never saw a cloud service being this bad before and there’s nothing we can do to change that.
7 - Servers only in Montevideo, just few rigs, for almost the entire Latin America.
Após esse e-mail dizendo sobre o aumento do preço eu cancelei e mudei na hora pro Americano, prefiro muito mais jogar a 110 de ping do que dar mais dinheiro pra essa empresa nojenta e usar esse serviço porco deles.

Eu costumava usar o GeForce Now no brasil, na região Nordeste pra ser mais preciso, atualmente eu me mudei pra estudar na fronteira com a Argentina, continuo usando o serviço, porém, aparentemente essa região aqui não tem tanto problema com tempo, nem com os aparelhos ruins, sempre acreditei que fosse a carência de máquinas pra todos, inclusive em diferentes regiões, acredito que realmente seja isso.
Aconteceu a mesma coisa pra min eles não adicionaram as minhas 40 horas mensais e não importa o quanto eu mande mensagem no email de suporte eles não respondem e não arrumaram o problema já faz um mês que eu tô relatando um problema em um jogo que me obriga a abrir minha sessão no mínimo 5 vezes para que aí o jogo abra e eles não fazem nada
Bizarro um país de tamanho continental igual o Brasil não ter um servidor aqui, e triste também que a própria Nvidia não tem mais atenção com os parceiros (de todas as regiões “alliance” deles)
You need to start a petition and also contact Nvidia directly.
In the UK there is only a time limited like 1 hours for free and then you will be kicked out then you can load back in well the loading takes a bit but
No me parece justo que GFN se aproveche de sus usuarios solo porque tiene a Xbox y Blizzard en su plataforma. Me da rabia pensar que en cualquier momento puedan aumentar sus precios. Deberían sacar servidores exclusivos para jugar Fortnite así no joderia a los demás usuarios cada que sale una temporada…

I don’t know if that’s the reason but I live in the south of Brazil and never had any issues with the server.
I got a day pass to test the US server, live on the south of Brazil, but with 130 latency it gets some significant input lag, did you find a way to reduce it a bit?
So ppl from other countries share the same queue?
El Salvador here (Central America) using US servers just fine
Moro no Piauí, minha internet é da Claro (fibra FTTH), meu ping fica entre 80-95, pra mim é ótimo (isso considerando que jogo no wifi), o servidor que cai pra mim costuma ser o de Miami.
